The Challenge:

The Client required ALL of our operations support services at their 166,000 sqft. headquarters in northern Virginia. They were in dire need of a new cooling system for a massive online data center, and due to the critical nature of the site, access to the facility had to remain uninterrupted.

The Solution:

• Once we determined the need for a supplemental air sourced chiller to efficiently cool the servers, we quickly procured a licensed subcontractor to service and install the equipment.
• With an outsourced landscaping team active 24/7, Facilities PLUS provided ALL snow removal services at the location to ensure uninterrupted access.

The client remains active with Facilities PLUS, and we continue to provide them with a full arsenal of operations support services!
